5) Company/Organization Full ITR Form (Last 3 Years) (It’s mandatory For More than 1 Year Old Company)
6) Products / Service Brochures & Images or Details or Company Information
7) Company PAN Card Copy (Applicable only for PVT / PUBLIC / LTD Companies)
8) GST Certificate Copy
9) For OEM Panel Vendor Assessment Exemption (NSIC/ BIS/ CITRA/ UCC/ DRDO Certificate is required)
10) For Resellers- Authorization Letter from OEM (Authorization No, Authorization Agency, Auth. Date, Validity from and to)
11) Trademark Certificate(TM), Test Certificates if required (*in the case OEM has already applied for Trademark, required an undertaking in order to obtain Brand Approval)
12) DIPP Certificate (Applicable only if company is registered in STARTUP INDIA)
